Returns Policy

At Country Cove, we hope you absolutely love your order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be free from marks, stains, odours or damage

Please note:

  • Sale or Store Discounted items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is approved, we will issue:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange (subject to stock availability)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Swimwear & Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Items must be tried on with underwear and returned with hygiene stickers/tags intact.


Processing Returns

Once your return arrives, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.


Return Address

Return details will be provided once your return request has been approved.
